2. Order Processing & Handling Time

• All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays).
• Orders placed before our cutoff time of 5:00 PM (IST) will begin processing on the same business day.

3. Transit Time & Delivery Carrier Partners

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via Email and/or SMS/WhatsApp containing the AWB tracking number and the carrier details so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or opened, please do not accept the delivery and contact our support team immediately at +91 7206310652. In the rare case that a shipment is lost in transit, we will dispatch a replacement order immediately after verification with the logistics carrier.
