1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or size exchange for your footwear item.

2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a successful return, replacement, or refund, the item must meet the following criteria:

• The footwear must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original, undamaged condition.
• The item must be returned in its original product packaging (shoe box) with all tags intact.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) must be provided.

3. Return Process

Follow these simple steps to request a return:

2. We will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address within 2-3 business days. Reverse shipping is completely free for damaged, defective, or incorrect items sent by us.
3. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, we may request you to self-ship the item, and we will reimburse the courier charges.

4. Refund Timeline & Method

Once we receive your returned package at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection (typically within 48 hours). After inspection approval:

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed directly back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: We will request your bank account details or UPI ID. The refund will be credited via bank transfer within 5 to 7 business days.
